Island Batik "Pumpkin Fest"

This month the Island Batik Ambassadors are bringing in more fall to our blogs with the "Pumpkin Fest".  I was having hard time deciding what to do and was looking for something that was a little different from my last project. I also wanted something really easy and small to develop into a pattern.

I came up with this fast and easy raw-edge applique fall wallhanging called "Keeping Watch".  This cute scarecrow is keeping watch on his pumpkin patch.

The 20" x 23" wallhanging pattern sample uses Island Batik fabric.  It is a wonderful way to use your scraps to add a little fall color to your room or entryway.

This is such an adorable little quilt. If you would like to purchase the pattern please visit my website, Here.

See you next month, with another Island Batik Ambassador project.
