African Quilt Finished!

Today, I finished quilting the West Africa Project Quilt.  It turned out great and this quilt was fun to do.  The designs just popped out to me from the first time I saw this quilt. 

I think the back came out great!  It shows the quilting so well.

 

Tomorrow the labels and Binding go on!  

I look forward to getting this back to Diane and hoping this quilt raises lots of money for the non-profit "Duniya Center for Arts and Education" .(http://www.duniyacenter.org/ )

African Quilt Finished!

African Quilt Day 3!

Yesterday, I finished Day 3 on the West Africa Project Quilt.  It is moving right along and I can finally see the final borders in site.

This little bit is left to go, and is waiting for me. just need some breakfast and coffee.  I'm looking forward to seeing the final look.

Today, I start here on the next row, hope to get it done in the next day or so.
