West Africa Quilt Final Pictures!

This morning I finished sewing the binding and labels on the West Africa Quilt Project. I will be sending this quilt back to California tomorrow or Tuesday. It was a joy to quilt on this gorgeous quilt top for a special cause. 

This quilt will be used as a fundraiser for the Non-Profit "Duniya Center for Arts and Education" ( http://www.duniyacenter.org/). The money raised goes to the education of native men and women in native crafts and helps to keep their traditional music and dance alive.  The fundraising will start in October/November.
